Due to the sanitary nature of drinkware, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on Merry Bear Mugs once the package is opened.
Each mug, straw, and accessory is intended for personal beverage use, and we want every customer to receive a brand-new, unused item.

That said — your happiness matters.

If your order arrives with any issues (damage, defects, missing items, or anything that doesn’t feel right), please email us within 7 days of delivery at customersupport@merrybearmugs.com and we’ll do our best to make it right.
